What are the effects if a guest cancels his booking(s)?

If bookings are cancelled within 7 days before arrival you receive 20% of the final amount mentioned in your booking confirmation. Meanwhile, we will try to find another booking for you.

What happens if I as a landlord do not take on a mandatory booking?

If you as a landlord shall ever cancel a mandatory booking for any reasons you will be charged 20% of the total amount mentioned in your booking confirmation as expense allowance. Guests should always be guaranteed to select and book your object via our online booking system without any occurring trouble. This is why we advise you to avoid booking denials in order to reduce damages to our image.
