Object information

We offer privately used apartments, houses and rooms. All booked apartments and houses will be left for your own use during your stay.

In case you booked a private room, the bathroom is shared with the landlord or other guests. If you prefer more privacy, please book a whole apartment.

Internet usage

If installed, it can be used for free. If there is a wireless LAN connection (see equipment), the landlord provides you the wireless LAN key.

Arrival time

The usual arrival time may be between 16:00 – 21:00. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Please enter your arrival time in your account while booking or later.

Is a late check-out possible?

Normally the check out time is at 11:00 in the morning. If the landlord/landlady accepts a later check out time, a later departure will be possible. In case that there are other guests arriving on your departure day, a later check-out is not possible because the regular check in time is 12 p.m.

Keys

You receive the objects keys directly on spot (object address) on your arrival day. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Possibly the landlord requests a key deposit of 50,- EUR – 100,- EUR. It will be handed back to you on your departure day.

Change of persons

In case of a change of person during a booking there will be an extra fee of 15,- EUR per person per change of sheets and towels. If necessary, you can get a receipt from the landlord.

Cleaning

The object will be cleaned regularly in your absence.

Bed linen / Towels

Bed linen and towels will be provided and changed regularly during your stay. Bed linen will be changed every fourth day whereas the towels will be changed every second day or enough will be provided at the beginning of your stay.

Very appealingly modernized 2 room apartment in the beautiful city quarter Hannover-Südstadt available. By foot, the next metro stop and in a longer distance also Hannover's icon Lake Maschsee are easily reachable. The apartment is divided into a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom, there is a double bed set up and in the living room, you find a sofa bed. The bathroom is fully renovated. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils you need in order to cook tasty meals. This accommodation can also be booked any time - not only for trade show reasons. Check in time: From 17 h onwards.

Shuttle service (up to 4 persons max.) from the airport to the object:

On demand we provide a shuttle service from the airport to the object and back.

Price: up to 3 people = 70,- EUR per trip. Payment is to be made in cash directly to the driver.

Payments are possible by international bank account transactions, debit card (only possible in Germany), credit card , PayPal , immediate payment . For bank account transactions you receive the proforma invoice by e-mail. Please check the payment deadline. Concerning bookings by credit card, the credit card will be charged immediately. The invoice will automatically be sent to you by e-mail. Please keep in mind that payments are only possible by credit card, immediate payment & PayPal for bookings less than 10 days before arrival.

Wir waren auf Verwandtschaftsbesuch in Hannover Süd und haben bewusst diese Wohnung gewählt, weil Wir waren auf Verwandtschaftsbesuch in Hannover Süd und haben bewusst diese Wohnung gewählt, weil unsere Kinder nur 250 m weit weg wohnen. Das Apartment ist bis in die letzte Ecke komplett durchgestylt. Alles was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter war optimal schnell und sehr kompetent. Jederzeit würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten.
