The 3 room apartment of a cosy and pleasant atmosphere including lovely details and a modern refurbishment awaits you. It is located only a few driving minutes away from the old town and the city center of Hanover in a very famous city quarter Hanover-Vahrenwald.
Numerous shopping facilities (4 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies and 2 gas stations), cafes and restaurants are closeby in order to give you some inspriration for your leisure time activities.
The apartment is situated on the third floor in a house that had been built only in 2005 and provides 3 modern and seperate rooms (for each rooms there is a seperate key as well), bathroom, kitchen and a big balcony.
Sleeping facilities: there is 1 double bed inside the bedroom, 1 single bed inside the guest room and 1 single bed in the living room available.
All beds are equipped with a slatted frame and a comfort mattress.
Electronic devices: hair dryer, iron, 2 LCD TVs, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and dish-washer.
Via satellite TV channels in the following languages are provided: German, English, French, Spanish, Russian, etc.
Wireless Lan connection is also included for guests who prefer to use their own norebook/netbook/smart phone.
Service: regular cleaning of the apartment and change of bedlinen every third day, change of towels every second day.
