When we tried contacting the landlord before our arrival, she was having difficulty speaking English to us, therefore we used email translator to contact with one another. She was very very friendly and replied us very quickly. She cater to all our needs everytime we request for something.

Short object description

A 4-room-apartment close to fair ground in Hannover/Laatzen. Total floor area is about 107 square meters. This apartment contains bathroom, a complete equipped kitchen and balcony.
You´ll find one double room bed is sized 1.80 m, and two single rooms.

You have also the possibility for Wi-Fi connection. Please use your own notebook.

Payment conditions

Options of payment: bank transfer, debit entry, (only in Germany) or credit card Reservations, done 7 days prior to arrival, can be made with a valid credit card. After payment, done by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice via email. In terms of payment, done by a credit card, we charge your credit card immediately after your booking.

A deposit of 50,- EUR for key can be requested . Afterwards the deposit will be refunded by return.
