The 3 modernly equipped bedrooms (2 single rooms, 1 double room) are part of a newly restored house being located on the same floor.
The double room can also be rented as a single room.
There is one bathroom on the same floor and another one on the ground floor.
Internet and TV are available, too.

The next metro stop is only 400 m away. Take metro line no. 6 in order to reach the main train station within 15 min. The fairgrounds are only 3 stops away (Eastern entrance).

Options of payment: bank transfer, debit entry, (only in Germany) or credit card Reservations, done 7 days prior to arrival, can be made with a valid credit card. After payment, done by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice via email. In terms of payment, done by a credit card, we charge your credit card immediately after your booking.

A deposit of 50,- EUR for key can be requested . Afterwards the deposit will be refunded by return.
