Short object description

House without owner. You live allone. This new house is located in Hanover - Empelde. It consists of 2 bathrooms and34 bedrooms up to 6 persons.
The rooms can be used as single rooms or twin rooms. There is also a new kitchen available, a winter garden and a big living room. All facilities can be used. Please see the photos.
Connection to the fair

The next metro station (Empelde) is only 900 m away. Take metro line no. 9 until the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and then change into line no. 8 until the final destination (Messe Nord) which is the main entrance of the fair.

Payment conditions

Options of payment: bank transfer, debit entry, (only in Germany) or credit card Reservations, done 7 days prior to arrival, can be made with a valid credit card. After payment, done by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice via email. In terms of payment, done by a credit card, we charge your credit card immediately after your booking.

A deposit of 50,- EUR for key can be requested . Afterwards the deposit will be refunded by return.
