We offer privately used apartments, houses and rooms.
All booked apartments and houses will be left for your own use during your stay.
In case you booked a private room, the bathroom is shared with the landlord or other guests. If you prefer more privacy, please book a whole apartment.
Internet usage
If installed, it can be used for free. If there is a wireless LAN connection (see equipment), the landlord provides you the wireless LAN key.
Arrival time
The usual arrival time may be between 16:00 – 21:00. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Please enter your arrival time in your account while booking or later.
Is a late check-out possible?
Normally the check out time is at 11:00 in the morning. If the landlord/landlady accepts a later check out time, a later departure will be possible. In case that there are other guests arriving on your departure day, a later check-out is not possible because the regular check in time is 12 p.m.
Keys
You receive the objects keys directly on spot (object address) on your arrival day. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Possibly the landlord requests a key deposit of 50,- EUR – 100,- EUR. It will be handed back to you on your departure day.
Change of persons
In case of a change of person during a booking there will be an extra fee of 15,- EUR per person per change of sheets and towels. If necessary, you can get a receipt from the landlord.
Cleaning
The object will be cleaned regularly in your absence.
Bed linen / Towels
Bed linen and towels will be provided and changed regularly during your stay. Bed linen will be changed every fourth day whereas the towels will be changed every second day or enough will be provided at the beginning of your stay.

Only the booked number of persons is allowed to stay inside the object.

Arrival at the airport: Route from the airport to the object
Take the city train S 5 (direction: Paderborn) directly to the central station. The trip takes approximately 23 minutes. Timetable information is available on: City rail - timetable
From the central station you can take the line no. 10 (direction: Ahlem) to the next station of the object „Am Küchengarten“. The trip takes approximately 10 minutes.

Route from the object to the exhibition grounds:
From the stop „Am Küchengarten“ you can take the line no. 10 (direction: Aegidientorplatz) to the stop „Aegidientorplatz“ and then change into line no. 8 (direction: Messe/Nord) to the exhibition’s main entrance (Messe/Nord). The trip takes approximately 34 min.
Route to the city center:
From the stop „Am Küchengarten“ you can take the line no. 10 directly to the city center (metro station „Steintor“).
Connection by taxi:
Check in = 3,90 EUR + ca. 2,30 EUR per km (The prices may vary).

Shuttle service (up to 4 persons max.) from the airport to the object:
On demand we provide a shuttle service from the airport to the object and back.
Price: up to 3 people = 70,- EUR per trip. Payment is to be made in cash directly to the driver.

Beim Empfang wurde man genötigt bereit gestellte Hausschuhe anzuziehen - andere Länder andere Sitten, aber das geht doch so nicht ! Am Vorabend der Abreise gab es kein warmes Wasser mehr. Am Abreisetag habe ich dann morgens entdeckt, dass die Warmwasserzufuhr über der Dusche abgedreht war ! Der Vermieter war auch jeden Tag während meiner Abwesenheit in der Wohnung und hat in der Küche die Heizung wieder abgedreht und die Balkontür gekippt.

Die Grundhygiene ist gegeben, wenn man mit herum stehendem Gerümpel kein Problem hat. Trotzdem wollte ich dann nicht im Bad mit nackten Füßen auf dem 'Teppich' stehen. Der Balkon ist schön fotografiert ! Als ich da war, war alles vollständig mit irgendwelchen Dingen zugemüllt. Ich hätte doch ein Foto machen sollen, um das zu dokumentieren ! Ein Schrank in der Küche steht windschief herum, daneben liegt irgendwo eine Wasserwaage ? Griffe an den Küchenschränken wackeln, weil sie nicht richtig festgeschraubt sind. Diese beiden Punkte sind mir egal, weil sie mich nicht direkt betreffen, aber sie geben einen Gesamteindruck auf das Objekt.

TV: Der Fernseher hat nur türkische Sender per SAT empfangen. Nicht EIN deutscher Sender ! Damit kann man in Deutschland einfach nicht rechnen, wenn TV angeboten ist. Bett: harte Kopfkissen, hatte nach Abreise Schmerzen und Verspannungen ! Auf der 'zugedrehten' Küchenheizung stehen irgendwelche Olivenöle etc. die erst abgeräumt werden müssen um die Heizung anzumachen.

387,05 Euro für 3 Übernachtungen selbst während der CEBIT 2013 sind da einfach zuviel des Guten.
