When do I receive the final object address and the contact details of the landlord?

As a general rule the voucher for your booking with the final object address and the contact details of the landlord/landlady will be sent a few days after booking per e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned with your booking. At the latest it will be sent 24 hours before your arrival. In case you arrive in the fair city without having the corresponding voucher(s) on you please contact us immediately by phone on +49-511-71259590. We will send you the final object address including the landlord’s contact details immediately by SMS. It is not necessary to come to our office.

Where do I find the final object address and the landlord’s contact details?

Normally, the voucher for your booking with the final object address and the contact details of the landlord/landlady will be sent a few days after booking per e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned with your booking. At the latest it will be sent 24 hours before your arrival. On the first page of the voucher(s) you find not only the final object address but also all necessary information regarding the landlord/landlady which is helpful to contact him/her.

Do I have to contact the landlord/landlady in advance?

Usually, it is not necessary to contact the landlord/landlady in advance. In case you have not indicated your arrival time while booking you will receive an e-mail from us afterwards asking for your exact arrival time. Afterwards, your arrival time will be submitted straight to the landlord/landlady so that he/she will welcome you inside the object booked on your day of arrival at the indicated time of arrival.

Are there any directions how to come to the object booked?

Attached to any voucher which will be sent by e-mail to the guests there are four files including maps with connections that show exactly how to get to the booked object in the corresponding fair city.

Where do I find information about the equipment of the booked object after the booking had already been completed?

Please check the first page of the voucher for the equipment features of the booked object. The voucher serves as a confirmation for your booking and it will be sent to the email address mentioned with your booking.

Are towels and bed linen included in any booking?

For any booking fresh bed linen, towels, the usage of a hair dryer, iron and an ironing board are included.

The booked object includes wi-fi. Is the wi-fi connection for free?

The provided wi-fi connection in any booked object can be used for free.

The landlord/landlady of the booked accommodation contacts me in order to suggest me an alternative accommodation because his/her object is no longer available. What do I do in such a case?

If it may happen to you that the landlord/landlady contacts you in order to suggest you an alternative or additional object to the object booked please inform us immediately about that by phone on +49-511-71259590.
A landlord/landlady must neither simply shift guests into different objects nor suggest additional objects without our permission.
