We offer privately used apartments, houses and rooms.
All booked apartments and houses will be left for your own use during your stay.
In case you booked a private room, the bathroom is shared with the landlord or other guests. If you prefer more privacy, please book a whole apartment.
Internet usage
If installed, it can be used for free. If there is a wireless LAN connection (see equipment), the landlord provides you the wireless LAN key.
Arrival time
The usual arrival time may be between 16:00 – 21:00. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Please enter your arrival time in your account while booking or later.
Is a late check-out possible?
Normally the check out time is at 11:00 in the morning. If the landlord/landlady accepts a later check out time, a later departure will be possible. In case that there are other guests arriving on your departure day, a later check-out is not possible because the regular check in time is 12 p.m.
Keys
You receive the objects keys directly on spot (object address) on your arrival day. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Possibly the landlord requests a key deposit of 50,- EUR – 100,- EUR. It will be handed back to you on your departure day.
Change of persons
In case of a change of person during a booking there will be an extra fee of 15,- EUR per person per change of sheets and towels. If necessary, you can get a receipt from the landlord.
Cleaning
The object will be cleaned regularly in your absence.
Bed linen / Towels
Bed linen and towels will be provided and changed regularly during your stay. Bed linen will be changed every fourth day whereas the towels will be changed every second day or enough will be provided at the beginning of your stay.

Sleeping facilities: one twin room with two rooms, one room with a sofa bed and another double bed.
The modern fitted in kitchen is equipped with all electric devices you need in order to prepare taaty meals.
In total, there are two bathrooms: one with shower + toilet and another one with bathtub + toilet.
Thanks to the installed wifi internet connection you can surf online all day long.
The fairgrounds of the Hannover Messegelände are already within visible reach viewed from the balcony.
Free parking lots are in front of the house for guests arriving by car.
The landlords will be staying in the basement during a booking. The basement apartment has got its own entrance.
This semi detached house can be booked together with the other semi detached house ID 6103. Like this, bigger travel groups can be accommodated close to each other in two adjacent houses.
