We offer privately used apartments, houses and rooms. All booked apartments and houses will be left for your own use during your stay.

In case you booked a private room, the bathroom is shared with the landlord or other guests. If you prefer more privacy, please book a whole apartment.

Internet usage

If installed, it can be used for free. If there is a wireless LAN connection (see equipment), the landlord provides you the wireless LAN key.

Arrival time

The usual arrival time may be between 16:00 – 21:00. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Please enter your arrival time in your account while booking or later.

Is a late check-out possible?

Normally the check out time is at 11:00 in the morning. If the landlord/landlady accepts a later check out time, a later departure will be possible. In case that there are other guests arriving on your departure day, a later check-out is not possible because the regular check in time is 12 p.m.

Keys

You receive the objects keys directly on spot (object address) on your arrival day. Alternating arrival times are possible on demand. Possibly the landlord requests a key deposit of 50,- EUR – 100,- EUR. It will be handed back to you on your departure day.

Change of persons

In case of a change of person during a booking there will be an extra fee of 15,- EUR per person per change of sheets and towels. If necessary, you can get a receipt from the landlord.

Cleaning

The object will be cleaned regularly in your absence.

Bed linen / Towels

Bed linen and towels will be provided and changed regularly during your stay. Bed linen will be changed every fourth day whereas the towels will be changed every second day or enough will be provided at the beginning of your stay.

Feel free to enjoy your stay in the apartment near Bullerbach in the comfortably and fully furnished vacational home. This apartment is a no-smoking accommodation with a mini kitchen for self-servers in a typical timbered house of 1981 offering a huge terrace in the inner court. This vacational home serves as a romantic retreat possibility, as a recovery spot or as the ideal starting point for hikers and excursionoriented guests.
The house is located near the Bullerbach and only 100 m away from the forest. The atmosphere over there is calm and suitable for any relaxation.
A maximum up to 3 persons can stay here together as a family or friends. The total living surface is 35 sqm. Sleeping facilities: one double bed of 140 x 200 cm and a sofa bed.

Equipment: a four hot plate oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, bathroom with shower/WC/hair dryer, huge wardrobe.
Bedlinen, towels, TV and WiFi are included.

Parking is possible under the carport.

Die Wohnung ist recht "rustikal" hat aber nahezu alles was man benötigt. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist sehr sehr freundlich. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und im Sommer sicher ein Traum. Es gab sogar obwohl im Winter einen Fahrradständer in dem wir unsere Räder sicher abstellen konnten. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wasser, ein Glas mit Keksen, Kaffeepads, Tee, Öl, Zucker, Spülmittel usw.. Parkplätze sind auf der Strasse genügend vorhanden.

Es wäre schon wenn es in der Dusche eine Mischbatterie geben würde und wenn der Wasserdruck etwas höher wäre. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist bestens. Es gab sogar einen überdachten Parkplatz.

Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch (inklusive der herrlichen Terrasse in dem wahnsinnig schönen Garten!), die Einrichtung sehr besonders und gemütlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht (sogar Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, was alles Andere als selbstverständlich ist, aber was wir ganz prima fanden!), alles TIP TOP gepflegt und sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Eine Flasche Wasser erwartete uns bei der Ankunft, Kekse und sogar Kaffeepads waren im Schrank - das alles hat es sehr angenehm und außergewöhnlich gemacht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen vom sehr lieben Gastgeber-Ehepaar und konnten auch zuverlässig vor der Anreise unsere Fragen klären. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft war absolut unkompliziert, auch die Übergabe nach unserer Abreise. Unser besonderer Dank geht an die beiden Gastgeber vor Ort, die alles dafür tun, dass man sich herzlich willkommen fühlt und die dieser sehr hübschen Unterkunft ihren besonderen Zauber verleihen.

Die Terrasse war auch sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen super!

Es war alles sehr sauber und die Bauweise des Hauses gab ein gewisses gemütliches Ambiente. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto war ein Parkplatz unter dem Carport verfügbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Im Apartment wurde man sogar persönlich begrüßt.

(2 Netze zur Auswahl mit Super Geschwindigkeit) Lage: -Ruhig -Penny 800m - Tankstelle 400m Was man noch gutes sagen kann, ist dass eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist und die dafür benötigten Kaffeepads ebenfalls, welches mich gefreut hat.
