Unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus, sehr alte und abgewohnte Wohnung, Möbel alt, abgenutzt und sch Unangenehmer Geruch im Treppenhaus, sehr alte und abgewohnte Wohnung, Möbel alt, abgenutzt und schäbig. Röhren TV im Gesellschaftsbereich funktioniert nicht richtig und ist 20 Jahre alt. Fenster undicht, Wind zieht durch, Badezimmer grauenhaft, Toilette für 100kg Mann nicht benutzbar, da rechts und links jeweils 10cm Platz daneben ist. Dusche ist alt und schlecht nutzbar, Duschkopf hält nicht mehr, sehr hellhörig. Alles in allem war das Apartment in den 70er Jahren modern und heute ist es einfach nur noch alt und schäbig. Entspricht nicht den abgebildeten Wohnungen in der Anzeige und grenzt an Betrug.
