What sort of guests is normally searching for furnished accommodations for long term periods?

Mainly it is employees, assemblymen or accompanying persons with health problems (long term treatments in hospital) that are interested in renting objects for longer periods.

I am a landlord who wants to rent out his object for a longer period. I am allowed to do so at all?

You are only allowed to do so if you get a written permission from your landlord. Please show this written approval to us when making a long term rental contract with us. Generally, you only need to check your rental contract for any permissions or prohibitions of subletting your object.
